All Knowledge is organized in “categories”. Here we gather all different Authors.
Every new procedure, technique or protocol is based on the experience and intuition of its Author. The best way to acknowledge your work as an Author is to link each piece of content you have created in Knowlative to your “public” page.
All the #author items in our database are presented with this icon next to the name of the content:
Every time you see this symbol it means you are dealing with a #author.
In the “public” page you can write some info about who you are and your contacts. When the “Social” release will be online people will contact you directly using this page and you will be able to share the dates of your courses and events with everyone.
If you are writing a new procedure, your original idea is always based out of your previous knowledge and the ideas of several Authors before you. To give credit to Authors that inspired you and made your work possible, we ask you to cite in the #reference category their work and link to the #reference an #author Unit of Knowledge of the Author. If book and author are already in Knowlative this is a very fast process. If they are not you should add them before submitting your new idea for publication.
Knowing your sources gives credibility to your work and is a necessary resource for all your students that want to know more.
If you are not an Author but see that the Author’s page is not complete or you know more details about the Author, please become a Contributor and publish your upgrade.
See here detailed information on How to Edit this Unit of Knowledge.
