Hypotonic Muscle

In Kinesiology, we consider only functional unbalances and not organical/neurological/anatomical conditions. 
A muscle that responds “Weak” to MRT is a Hypotonic muscle. This state is caused either by an Underfacilitated antagonist or by an Overinhibited agonist.
