Knowlative is moving forward and on regular basis we provide small features and enhancements. When a major update is available it may happen that your internet browser still use the previous version of the app due to cache policy.
We have just released a new exciting feature: the Open Knowledge Editor!
If your page looks odd or you cannot find the new features, please go to “My page” after logging in www.appknowlative.com/app. Check the image at the top of this post, is your screen like the red part of the image? Ok! You can start enjoying the new Editor.
Is it like the brownish part on the top of the image you see here (the old app)? In this case you will not be able to see “My Knowledge” and it means that the browser is showing you the cached version, please log off and clear your browser’s cache!
To help you in this task we provide here a set of instructions and links to get it done quickly!
It is not a bug, it is just that your browser is not uploading the new version of the App. The only thing you have to do is to clear you browser cache and everything will work properly.
