On the lateral aspect of knee
Hand Stabilizing
In this case both hand are active with no stabilisation. The second hand will be placed on the posterior side of heel.
Monitoring Direction
Push inward the knee and pull the heel. The goal is a complex moment of the leg: adduction of leg, extension of knee, medial rotation of hip.
