This test is “positive” even if only the thumb (Opponens Pollicis) or only the little finger (Opponens Digiti Minimi – Hand) unlocks. To be more precise you can determine which of the muscles is not working with their specific test: Opponens Pollicis, Opponens Digiti Minimi – Hand
