A Format is a combination of hand modes and/or acupuncture points that, when pause-locked (see Pause-Lock), gives access to a specific area of information in the human Bio-computer.
Using a Format is like opening a specific folder, which can contain many different pieces of information or even many other sub-folders.
An example of this would be holding the hand mode for ‘organ’ (Organ Mode) while making contact with CV 24 (Container of Fluids), an acupressure point located just underneath the bottom lip. This combination of hand position and point is the Format for speaking to the brain as an organ, specifically the cortex. Formats can be as simple as this, or can become extremely complicated.
